We have two massage therapists at CrossFit 45 North, Shawna Allen and Sarah Glidden. Each therapist offers unique techniques and styles of massage that can be suited to you. They have 15, 30, 60 and 90 minute time slots available.
After a workout or on your day off, take some time for you and help your body recover with a well deserved massage.
