Congratulations! The fact that you have found us means you are curious about one of the fastest growing fitness movements!

It does not matter what brought you here, Welcome to CrossFit 45 North!

The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate. We want everyone, from 5 years old to 55 years old to 105 years old, to lead a life where they can do what they want, when they want, where they want. CrossFit is about functional fitness and keeping you moving in every aspect of life. The community of CrossFit 45 North is here to support everyone at every age in their quest for fitness.

CrossFit is designed for everyone but knowing that does not make it any less intimidating. Our On-Ramp for CrossFit Program is designed to give you a personal experience on the foundational movements of CrossFit, which are regularly programmed into our daily workouts (WODs).

The On-Ramp for CrossFit is a great way to get started if you have never been properly introduced to CrossFit. You will work 1 on 1 with one of our trainers. You will have 3, one hour sessions that will walk you through each movement of CrossFit and set you up with the basics of a class. In these three sessions, you will learn the CrossFit “vocabulary” and be able to feel more comfortable stepping into a CrossFit class.

We are excited to welcome you into our community and help you find a workout and fitness program that is always exciting and new with each workout and ultimately, teaching and showing you how to make any workout for you personally. A workout that is always at your skill level and your pace.
