Biography
CrossFit Level 1 6/2019
I got “tricked” into CrossFit in 2016 after being a big box gym attendee for many years. Fitness was a big part of my life from a very young age but it wasn’t until I started CrossFit that I really began learning about how to move my body in ways that feel powerful and fun. I love the community aspect of CrossFit and 45 North is my home.
I am a psychologist by training and work full-time in my private practice. I love to learn and realized I wanted to learn more about CrossFit. I love coaching as it helps me to learn more about the sport itself, the athletes, and how to help people move towards their fitness goals. Coaching offers a break from the stress of my job and I love connecting with the athletes.
When not working with humans or working out, I am likely to be found hanging out with my lovely wife and our princess bowling ball of a pit bull.
