CrossFit 45 North – CrossFit
Week3: Deadlift (1×5, Then 1 set max reps)

Opt1: Metcon (Time)
For Time:
2-4-6-8-10
Deadlift w/KB or DB
Snatches per arm DB or KB (choose weight)
After each set 20-40-60-80-100 DU’s
How it works:
2 Deadlifts
2 Snatch per arm
20 DU’s

For those that don’t have a Barbell at home.
Place DB or KB on hips. 4 sets, 10 reps.

After each set 20-40-60-80-100 Toe Taps
