**Walk the carry. Pick anything that you want to walk with. A kid on
your back, a backpack, a sandbag, a KB or DB a barbell……ect.

30 DB/KB Hang Squat Cleans
30 Jumps onto safe space
30 Alternating V-Ups
30 DB/KB Dead lifts (each hand)
