80 DU’s+8 Complex’s
60 DU’s+6 Complex’s
40 DU’s+4 Complex’s
20 DU’s+2 Complex’s
Complex: Snatch Grip Deadlift+ Hang Power Snatch+ Hang Snatch
Start relatively light, and build over each complex.
“Outside WOD” sub in Jumping jacks and use an empty bar for the complexes.
