AT HOME WOD:
2 Mins max effort:
Air Squats
**Rest 1 Min**
2 Mins max effort:
Burpees
**Rest 1 Min**
2 Mins max effort:
KB or Odd object Russian Swings
**Rest 1 mins**
Repeat each station for a total of 3x each.
So the wod should take 27 minutes including your rest after each max effort.
Depending on what you have at home, you could alwasy do pull ups, sandbag over shoulder, push press, etc. Just pick a movement and MOVE! 🙂
