Center of Attention (No Measure)
Always starts with 25 reps of Deficit Pushups and Situps – every round will alternate between the two movements
Each person will ride the airdyne for 30 seconds – how ever many calories are attained is subtracted from 25
Each person must airdyne 3 to 5 times (depends on number of people)
