Please join us in celebrating Disability Awareness Month! For the month of October we will be doing one WOD a week that will allow us to see and do things from a different perspective. Accumulate 6:00 total of sandbag bear hug hold between both partners.
One partner works at a time. The working partner completes as many reps as possible in 1 minute. Switch every minute, until the total reps are completed.
