3 Teams will complete the following as task completion and everyone can work at the same time

250 Calories on Rower

200 Calories on Assault Bike

150 – Burpees

100 – Partner Axle Bar Deadlifts

50 – Sled Pulls (distance will be to the mail box from the garage door edge or vice versa)

Afterward – carry loaded axel bar around the building (accomplish this however you decide)
