Perform at 100% of Snatch.

Week1: Power Snatch Cycling (6 Rounds for reps)

Work for 30 seconds; rest for 30 seconds:

Max Unbroken Power Snatches – pick a load you can work without dropping the bar; this is mental grit and forearm grip work

Odd: 6 Barbell Hang Power Snatch

Even: 2 KB Snatch/arm

**The barbell weight should be something that you feel comfortable cycling 10 unbroken reps with.

The KB should be “heavy” in relation to your ability.

Be mindful to not go too light with either movement so that you muscle it. Also, don’t go too heavy with either so that form suffers.
