3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerk
**Choose your own weights**
***Rest 3 Mins, then repeat for a total of 3x.**
Each AMRAP you should increase in weight. Note weights in comments. Goal is to hit 5rds+, then 4+, the 3+ each round.
