200m Row (Athlete A)
PART 2:
1 Rep max deadlift
**2 bars may be used for part B**
18min Time Cap for both parts 1 & 2.
For Part 1: Deadlifts may be split up however with one partner working at a time. No minimum work requirement per athlete.
