20-19-18…….1 Burpees
Athlete A: 200m Run
Athlete B: 20 Burpees
Athlete A: 19 Burpees
Athlete B: 200m Run
Etc……keep that pattern going all the way down to 1 Burpee.
At Home WOD is the same today. Grab a buddy and get after it!
