600m Row (Athlete A)

20 Deadlifts (135/95)

500m Row (Athlete B)

16 Deadlifts (185/135)

400m Row (Athlete A)

12 Deadlifts (225/155)

300m Row (Athlete B)

8 Deadlifts (255/175)

200m Row (Athlete A)

PART 2:

1 Rep max deadlift

**2 bars may be used for part B**

18min Time Cap for both parts 1 & 2.

For Part 1: Deadlifts may be split up however with one partner working at a time. No minimum work requirement per athlete.
