1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Jerk
Spend 15-20 Mins building to a weight you can move well. Do this BEFORE the WOD, then hit the WOD as a class.
The EMOTM will be the same weight throughout the WOD.

45 North at home:
EMOTM 15 Mins
1 Ground to shoulder + 1 Bent over row + 1 Shoulder to overhead. Perform with odd object.
