Handstand Work

For 5 to 10 minutes – work on various handstand skills: Walking, shoulder taps, kicking into handstand
Spend 10 minutes getting inverted! Could be box walks, hand stands on the wall, wall walks, handstand push up drills, etc. Sky is the limit!
