Rest as needed after each couplet. (15 PC and 40 DU REST 12/40 rest and so on)

To click rx or rx+ every round you must stick to unbroken everything.

You can start any round over if you break.
If you are unable to do the weight unbroken you either repeat the same weight until you do, or go down in weight
