For Time:

3 Rounds:

12 Alternating DB/KB Snatch (50/35) Use two DB/KB’s

48 DU’s

**After 3 rounds are complete, run 400m**

Then:

3 Rounds:

12 DB/KB Push Press (50/35)Use two DB/KB’s

48 DU’s

**After 3 Rounds are complete, run 800m**

RX+: Alternating Squat Snatch instead of power.
This is the only wod today. Sub singles for double unders, and go lighter with the DB/KB’s.
