20 Sec Ring Support hold
10 Palov Press each direction.
20 Barbell Staggered stance good mornings. 10 each foot forward. Choose weight.
**800m Run**
2 RDS For Quality:
5 Wall Walks
20 Sit ups with plate overhead. Arms extended the entire movement.
10 Palov Press each direction.
20 Curtsy Lunges w/plate
**You will do 2 RDS then run 800m.** So in the end, you will only run mile today.**
