CrossFit 45 North – CrossFit
Week2: Front Squat + 1 1/4 Front Squat (3 sets x 3 reps)
Increase from last week.
You will do 1 front squat + 1, 1 1/4 front squat 3 x each set.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
20 Min EMOTM:
1) 10/7 Cal Bike or 15/10 Cal Row
**You will stay with your choice machine the entire WOD**
2) 20 Front Squats (75/55)
3) 20 Ball Slams (40/20)
4) REST
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
AT HOME WOD
20 min EMOTM
Min 1) 20-40 MT. Climbers
Min 2) 20 Jumping Air Squats
Min 3) 20 Ground to over head
Min 4) REST
For the ground to over head, use any object. A dumb bell, a sandbag, a jug of water, a rock. whatever you have lying around that you can hold onto safely.
