Warm-up (No Measure)

5 Eccentric Pull Up or C2B; Jump to top, slow lower down.
5 Eccentric Push Ups. Add Weight to your back if you are proficient with Push ups.
Coach will review pull and push technique and give specific cues before you begin your warm up.
Use a light band on the pull ups if necessary.
