100m Waiters Walk (45-55/25-35) Suggested weights
Bear Crawl length of gym. Down and back.
Then; 800m Run
RX+: Handstand walk instead of bear crawl. Just one way down the gym.
**Waiters Walk: KB in each hand. One arm up, one down at your side. To modify, farmer carry.
**At home wod is the same, just omit the bear crawl.**
