On all fours, band around each wrist. One arm moves at a time. Both stay straight, lift slightly off ground on the working arm. 10 reps of each, per arm.

Warm-up (No Measure)
Spend 10-20 mins reviewing Pull up technique.
10 RFT w/a partner
10 Pull ups
200m Farmers carry (55/35)
Cash Out: Included in time: accumulate 3:30 sec hollow hold combined between partners.
You may break this up however you like. Could be you go, I go style. Could be that one person does 100m of the farmer carry, then switch on the way back. Sky is the limit! Be creative.
