Paused Front Squat ( 2 sets x 8 reps at 65% 3 sec at the bottom)

SPEED back up

% is of regular front squat

Front Squat ( 3 sets x 5 reps at 80%; 2 sets x 2 rep at 85%)

In 20 min accomplish the following:
