You choose the weight. Pause for 3 to 5 seconds at the chest. But not resting on your body, hover just above.

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes:
12 Sumo KB Dead Lifts (72/55)
9 American KBS (72/55)
Each 5 minute round is scored separetly. If you finish before 5 mins, rest remainder. DO NOT get burried! If you need to, scale weight and/or row.
