10 Box Jumps (24/30)
10 Ball Slams (40/20)
1 HS walk around the Box
RX+: HS walk length of gym. Bay doors to back.
HS walk aroud box: feet on box. walk on hands until you have completed one full time around the box. Be as inverted as possible.
