50 Double unders as soon as you rerack
– start at 40%
rest as needed between sets
Go up in weight each set if possible
RX+: weights at 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 75% unbroken
45 North at home (Checkmark)
Same as metcon, just do weighted squats and jump rope.
