50 slam ball over a “fence” 20#/40#
50 Back squats 95#/135#
*For the sled weight, add you and your partners weight together and take 1/4 of it. BOOM! that’s your sled weight. The partner that is not pulling the sled is walking/running with the slam ball.
*”Fence” should be at eye level
*Back squats come from the ground. While one partner is squatting, the other is holding a handstand against the wall.
*Share reps however you like
