400m Portage

50 Reps Ground to overhead (G2OH) of the following

Plate 45/25

DB 50/35

Slamball 40/20

Each item will be portaged 400m as a team.

Then each item will be lifted from the ground to overhead 50 times.

Reps can be split as necessary.
