This is a combination of a forward lunge, side lunge, reverse lunge and side lunge.
Start feet together, and lunge forward. Push back to starting position.
Lunge sideways to the right and back to start.
Reverse lunge back (with same leg you did the forward lunge with), and return to start.
Finally, lunge to the left and back to start.
