50 Lunges (no weight)

50 Ab Mat Sit Ups

800m Run

30 Burpees to Target

30 Lunges w/weight

30 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)

800m Run

Ladies RX: 20-30lbs

Men RX: 30-40lbs
For the weighted lunges, hold whatever you would like. KB, DB, Barbell, sandbag, Med Ball, etc.

BWB is the same as the Metcon today.
