3 minute AMRAP:
2 Power Cleans (155/105)
4 Push Ups
6 Body weight reverse lunges
**Rest 1 minute between rounds**
Repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Score each round individually.

AT HOME WOD
Same as above but here are your options for the power clean:
If you have DB’s do DB Power cleans , but 6 instead of 2 reps.
If you have one KB or one DB do three power cleans per arm.
If you have no equipment, simply omit the power cleans. Your wod will be a 3 min amrap X5 of:
4 Push ups
6 Reverse Lunges.
