20 mins to establish a heavy single.

Single Leg Deadlift (3×10 per leg)

Use Kettlebell in opposite hand, keep unweighted leg straight
For athletes that don’t have a barbell at home.

Opt1: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

1 HSPU

1 Pull Up

20 DU’s

2 HSPU

2 Pull Ups

40 DU’s

1 Push up or Hand Release push up

1 DB/KB bent over row/arm

20 Single under or MT. Climbers

2 Push Up or hand Release push up

2 DB/KB bent over row/arm

40 Single under or MT. Climbers
