In a plank position, using a red band attatched to the rig.
Unweighted Bulgarian Split Squats (No Measure)
10 reps per leg. After each set of lat pulls.
100m Farmer carry (50/35) DB’s
10 DB step ups (24/20) Both DB’s
200m Row or 12/9 Cal on Bike
**At home wod is the same today, just run 200m instead. Use odd object for carry and step ups.
