Weighted Plank (3 sets 20-30 hold w/ weight)

30 second weighted plank

Banded Tricep Extension (3 x 20 reps)

Using a band and a PVC perform tricep extensions

Dips (3 sets 10-15 reps with bull horn, rings, or a box)

Optional Strength Work

1 1/4 Front Squat (4 sets of 2 reps)
