Athlete #1 starts on the bike. Athlete #2 cannot begin the bike until Athlete #1 finishes their calories and moves on to the sandbag. Athlete #3 waits for Athlete #2 to finish the bike and so on through the movements.
Athlete #1 cannot pass the last Athlete on the team.
Each member of the team must complete all 10 rounds for the team’s time to stop.
