100 Pull Ups
100 Burpees
**Partition however you would like. To Scale, split the work with a partner. **
RX+: 80 Pull ups + 20 MU”s , Bar or Ring
**Coaches will spend time drilling/reviewing pulling options and scales.**
Please stagger who is running when. Not everyone outside at once.
